What materials are used?
All Via Toy Box products are made with beautiful baltic birch plywood that is sustainably grown and harvested. We use the finest eco-friendly paints and finishes that provide durable protection for the life of your unique storage set.

Our NEW Honey Finish is now available. This deeper, richer stain will coordinate well with more traditional furniture pieces you may already have.

Do they connect together?
Connectablility is what makes the Via Toy Box storage system so unique. The top, bottom, and side panels of each box have predrilled holes that line up together when stacked side by side, top to bottom, or in a pyramid. Simply tighten the sleek nuts and bolts through the holes. Additional accessories, tops, and bases also securely connect easily.

How high can they stack?
Stack them to the ceiling, but we recommend securing them to the wall if stacking more than three high to prevent potential tipover.

Is it easy to assemble them?
Each Via Toy Box comes with simple assembly instructions. Each box consists of 6 sides and held together with 8 wooden dowels and 8 screws that are fastened with an allen wrench that is included. Once the first box is finished the rest are easy.

How much is shipping?
We add a flat 15-17% charge (depending on location) to each item to cover the shipping costs in the continental United States. And, we do not add any extra freight surcharges. Without minimum shipping charges, you can order 1 Via Toy Box at a time or 6, and then come back again later for more! How long will it take to receive an order?
All orders usually arrive in 1-2 weeks, depending on location (unless otherwise specified). In the event there is a delay, we will contact you by email.

If you have a problem with any items or need additional assistance with assembly please contact us. If you are not completely satisfied return any unassembled items within 30 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging and we will give you a full merchandise refund.
