Welcome to viatoybox.com! Via Toy Box Co. provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at viatoybox.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Return Policy

We are proud of our Via Toy Box products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All Via Toy Box products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unassembled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus 20% (to cover original shipping and handling costs). If your return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Items that have been assembled or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Via Toy Box will replace or refund each item of your order against manufacturing defects for up to one year.

If you need to return an item, please email info@viatoybox.com or call toll free 1-888-422-2471 and we will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return shipping label if needed.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective item or part and need to exchange it for the same item or part, please email info@viatoybox.com or call toll free 1-888-422-2471 and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price minus 20% to cover original shipping and handling costs once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from viatoybox.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Via Toy Box Co. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by viatoybox.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
