We are proud of our Via Toy Box products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All Via Toy Box products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unassembled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise purchase price. If your return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Items that have been assembled or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Via Toy Box will replace or refund each part of your order against manufacturing defects for up to one year.

If you need to return an item, please email info@viatoybox.com or call 503-330-3033 and we will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return shipping label if needed.

If you received a defective item or part and need to exchange it for the same item or part, please email info@viatoybox.com or call 503-330-3033 and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original merchandise purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 weeks to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

All items purchased from viatoybox.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Via Toy Box attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by viatoybox.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We use encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us.
